Returns the IfTrue or the IfFalse type based on the passed Boolean type.

Template Parameters:
BooleanConstantthe boolean constant type determining the result
IfTruethe type returned if the BooleanConstant has the true value
IfFalsethe type returned if the BooleanConstant has false value
